About SriMandir Puja
SriMandir Puja is a service where we enable devotees from across the country to book pujas at
famous temples. Devotees can conduct pujas for various benefits such as health, better
relationships, and positivity. Post the puja, devotees receive a video recording of their puja and
prasad at their homes.
Open Position: Program Manager, Puja Operations
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager, Operations to oversee certain
elements of our puja business operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep curiosity and
zeal to understand and improve core processes of our pujas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Setup processes and SOPs for key steps in the puja business.
2. Manage team that deliver final deliverables of a puja.
3. Setup KPIs and assign people to relevant metrics in the organization.
4. Own the customer NPS and initiate key projects to improve the NPS and service quality of our customers.
5. Facilitate coordination between Hub teams, Content and Design teams, and the Customer Support team.
6. Additionally, the successful candidate will leverage insights about Deities, Vedas, and Religion and integrate this knowledge into the broader execution strategy.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in operations management.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent leadership and coordination abilities.
4. Familiarity with project management principles.
5. Minimum 3 years of experience of operations management
