Role Description for Customer Support - Associate

Key Responsible areas: (Only Tamil And Telugu Language Required):

● Proactively attend all the queries, complaints, requests across the company coming from users.
● Raise issues to the concerned teams and follow up for resolutions
● Proactively and continuously keep the customer and stakeholders informed about the status of the problem
● Accurately document all customer issues via emails and customer support tools, adhere to the process and follow-up timely
● Solving complex customer service issues and proactively working on improving metrics


Basic Requirement:
● Good command over English & Hindi Language, ability to effectively communicate information in written format.
● Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner.
● A problem- solving attitude.
● High level of enthusiasm about helping and serving clients, strong customer and solution-oriented personality.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
● Desire to work in a rapidly scaling startup.
